With a solid foundation in integrated circuit (IC) talent cultivation and related scientific research, the School of Integrated Circuits at Southeast University has long been among the top tier of domestic universities. It is committed to nurturing outstanding professionals in the IC field. The School currently houses three national-level and three provincial-level research centers, along with a 16,000 square meter micro-nano fabrication center, demonstrating strong disciplinary strength and innovation capacity. Its research spans a wide range of areas, including IC EDA, energy-efficient ICs, power ICs, micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS), chiplet integration, optoelectronic fusion integration, and micro/nano characterization and 2D materials.

Southeast University officially established the independent School of Integrated Circuits in December 2022. As the School enters a phase of rapid growth and talent expansion, we sincerely invite scholars and experts who are passionate about research and teaching, possess strong teamwork spirit, maintain long-term visions for disciplinary development and innovation, and have established academic reputations or industrial experience recognized by peers at home and abroad to join us.
