Research Group of Professor Sun Weifeng, Southeast University
Our research group is affiliated with the National Engineering Research Center for Application Specific Integrated Circuit System, School of Integrated Circuits, Southeast University, focusing on the research of power/RF/analog-mixed signal integrated circuit design. The team currently includes 1 Changjiang Scholar and 4 national high-caliber young talents, with complete hardware and software facilities for chip design and testing. In accordance with the needs of scientific research projects and team development, applications are now openly invited for 2–3 postdoctoral positions in the field of RF/analog-mixed signal chip design. Young aspiring scholars are warmly welcomed to join us.

II. Recruitment Requirements
a) Applicants must have obtained or be about to obtain a doctoral degree in electronics, microelectronics, or related disciplines from domestic or international universities, and be eligible to conduct postdoctoral research at Southeast University.
b) Professional background in RF/analog-mixed signal integrated circuit design is required.
c) Experience in CMOS transceiver architecture and chip design is preferred.
d) Passion for chip research and strong teamwork spirit are required.
III. Postdoctoral Benefits
a) Assistance will be provided in applying for university-level special support programs such as the "Zhishan Scholar" program, and postdoctoral researchers are encouraged to apply for projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
b) Competitive salary and benefits will be offered after enrollment.
c) Postdoctoral apartments and children’s school enrollment shall be handled in accordance with the relevant policies of Southeast University. Outstanding postdoctoral researchers will be given priority for permanent positions at the university upon completion of the program.
