Our research group relies on the Micro-Nano Innovation Platform of the School of Integrated Circuits at Southeast University (Wuxi Campus), maintains close cooperation with the industry and focuses on key pain points in advanced CMOS manufacturing processes and circuit design. We are committed to developing measurement-based accurate EDA device models, including variability of small-size devices, random noise, device aging and reliability, etc. The group has more than 30 years of cooperation experience with world-leading enterprises and research institutes (such as IMEC). In accordance with the needs of scientific research projects and team development, we are openly recruiting postdoctoral researchers in the fields of small-size CMOS device testing, modeling, and special-purpose chip design. Young scholars dedicated to solving industrial challenges are sincerely welcomed to join us.

II. Recruitment Requirements
a) Basic requirement: Applicants must have obtained or expect to obtain a doctoral degree in electronics, microelectronics, or related disciplines from domestic or international universities.
b) Background in microelectronic device testing is preferred.
c) Experience in CMOS chip design is preferred.
d) Experience in statistical analysis and device modeling is preferred.
